What clients ask before we start.

How do engagements typically begin?
With a free scoping conversation — usually one to two hours with a partner. We map the problem, agree on the outcome you need to see, and propose a phased plan with a fixed first milestone before any commitment.
Do you work outside Canada?
Yes. We work with clients across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, in English and French, on-site and remote. Our methodology is designed to translate cleanly across regulatory and cultural contexts.
How do you price your work?
Fixed-fee per phase for defined scopes, milestone-based for transformations, and time-and-materials only when scope is genuinely undefined. We do not use opaque day-rate models — you always see what each deliverable costs.
Will you stay through implementation?
Yes — it is the core of our practice. Most of our work is post-strategy execution: standing up the new operating model, training the team, and staying engaged until the indicators we agreed on are moving in the right direction.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Mutual NDAs are standard before any sensitive material is shared. We are deliberately discreet — we will not name clients without written permission and we do not reuse materials between mandates.
